shiphl. ("shiphl," "we," "us") operates shiphl.com, the shiphl.dashboard client portal, and related pages (together, the "Site"). This policy explains what information we collect through the Site, how we use it, and the choices you have. Our headquarters are in Brooklyn, NY and Somerset, NJ.
Information we collect
Information you give us. When you book a consultation or request a quote, we collect what you enter in the form: your name, work email, company or brand name, phone number, order volume, current fulfillment setup, and anything you write in the notes. If you hold a portal or team account, we also store your login email.
Information collected automatically. Like most websites, our hosting and infrastructure providers record basic technical logs — such as IP address, browser type, and pages requested — used for security and to keep the Site running. We do not run advertising trackers on the Site.
How we use it
We use the information you submit to respond to your inquiry, schedule and hold your consultation, prepare quotes and switching plans, provide and support our services, and send service-related emails (for example, a booking confirmation or a reply from our sales team). We do not sell your personal information, and we do not share it with third parties for their own marketing.
Who processes it for us
We use a small number of service providers to run the Site: Netlify (website hosting), Supabase (database and account login), Resend (transactional email), and Google Fonts (typefaces served by Google). These providers process data on our behalf to provide the Site and services. Booking information you submit is stored in our customer database and is accessible only to authorized shiphl. team members.
How long we keep it
We keep inquiry and customer records for as long as needed to work with you and to meet legal, accounting, and reporting obligations. If you'd like your information removed, contact us and we will delete it unless we're required to keep it.
Your choices
You can ask us at any time what information we hold about you, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it — email us at the address below. You can also simply not fill in optional fields (like phone number).
Children
The Site is intended for businesses and is not directed to children under 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children.
Changes
If we change this policy, we'll update this page and its effective date. Material changes will be noted prominently on the Site.
