Welcome to shiphl. These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of shiphl.com, the shiphl.dashboard client portal, and related pages (together, the "Site"), operated by shiphl. ("shiphl," "we," "us"). By using the Site, you agree to these Terms.
What the Site is
The Site describes our third-party logistics and fulfillment services and lets you book a consultation, request a quote, and — for existing clients — sign in to the client portal. Content on the Site, including performance figures and service descriptions, is provided for general information. The actual logistics services we provide to a client are governed by that client's service agreement and quote, not by this page.
Booking and quotes
Booking a consultation or requesting a quote is free and creates no obligation on your part or ours. A consultation, switching plan, or quote is not a contract for services; services begin only when both parties sign a service agreement.
Accounts
Portal and team accounts are issued by shiphl. You're responsible for keeping your login credentials confidential and for activity under your account. Tell us right away if you believe your account has been accessed without authorization, and we may suspend accounts to protect the Site or our clients.
Acceptable use
You agree not to misuse the Site — including attempting to access accounts or data that aren't yours, probing or disrupting our infrastructure, submitting false or misleading inquiries, or using the Site in violation of applicable law.
Intellectual property
The Site, including the shiphl. name, logo, design, and content, belongs to shiphl. or its licensors. You may not copy or reuse it without our written permission, other than viewing the Site as intended.
Disclaimers and liability
The Site is provided "as is." While we work to keep it accurate and available, we don't guarantee the Site will be uninterrupted or error-free, and Site content does not constitute a warranty about services. To the fullest extent permitted by law, shiphl. will not be liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from use of the Site. Nothing in these Terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law, and nothing in them changes the terms of a signed service agreement.
Governing law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of New York, without regard to conflict-of-law rules. Disputes arising from the Site will be resolved in the state or federal courts located in New York.
Changes
We may update these Terms from time to time; the current version will always be posted here with its effective date. Continuing to use the Site after an update means you accept the revised Terms.
